My undergraduate degrees are in History and Secondary Education. When it came time to choose my History Capstone thesis, I wanted to write about historical events in education.

As a diversity, equity, and inclusion advocate, I chose to write about Native American Education during the Progressive Era.

My Master's degree is in Instructional Technology. As part of my program, I had to complete a thesis in education. As always, I like a challenge and chose the topic of year-round education.

The theories are supported by factual, researched implementation. This was written pre-pandemic and I do see the limitations that are presented with the topic.
